Refunds

This fixed-scope engagement is non-refundable. A documented medical, licensing, or AdvanceAPractice service-delivery issue that makes performance impossible can be submitted for review by a person.

Cancellation

Stopping the one-time package after purchase does not create a refund. The package does not expand automatically; materially different work requires a separate written price or scope.

Renewal

This package does not automatically renew. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, managed services, or expanded work requires a separate written agreement.

When work starts

Payment reserves your selected month and opens the next-step forms. Work begins within three business days after your selected month starts, once we have the required information, documents, and access; payment alone does not start the work clock.

Outcomes outside AdvanceAPractice’s control

AdvanceAPractice warrants defects in its included work for 30 days and includes one stabilization review. New requests and payer, vendor, reimbursement, authorization, or clinical outcomes are not guaranteed.

If the work is larger: AdvanceAPractice completes the ordinary execution choices and follow-up needed for the stated package result within the published limits. A materially different result, provider, payer, location, system, workflow, feature, or volume receives a separate written price or scope before that work begins.

What Happens If We Do Not Deliver

We Start On A Clock You Can See

In-scope work begins within three business days after your selected start month begins and we have complete onboarding and required access. We record Ready to begin and Work started timestamps and notify you when work starts, so the start date is a record rather than a promise.

We Fix Our Own Mistakes Free

If something we delivered does not work the way we said it would, we correct it at no charge for 30 days after delivery. You will not get an invoice for correcting our mistake.

If We Cannot Perform, You Get Your Money Back

We refund in full or in part where verifiable circumstances prevent the work — including serious illness, a licensure action that makes enrollment impossible, or our own inability to perform. We do not keep money for work we could not do.

And What We Will Not Pretend

We do not refund payer decisions or payer timelines, because nobody controls those — credentialing runs 60 to 120 days per commercial payer and a panel can close. Any company promising you approval is telling you something it cannot know.
