Calls are for scoped work

Billing is commonly 6–8% of collections, with a $500 per provider per month minimum stated in writing. Managed operations, custom builds, facilities, ownership changes, and complex transitions are quoted after the call. Credentialing packages have published prices and can be purchased directly.

Fixed-scope work is published: $2,500 per provider to move credentialing you already hold to a new entity or Tax ID, $3,000 flat to credential a first-time provider into a clinic that is already contracted, $4,000 to win commercial contracts that do not exist yet, and $6,000 (or six payments of $1,000) to build a first practice from zero. Solo therapists start at $2,500. Billing runs 6–8% of collections. Managed operations engagements are quoted by scope. Is that within the range you’re planning for?
