What the $2,500 package includes
Application build and submission
We prepare each payer-specific application and the business records behind it for up to five commercial panels, submit them, and confirm each payer received and logged it. Your part is quick — review and sign the final applications, and we handle the rest.
CAQH alignment
We build and align your CAQH data so it’s clean and payer-ready. You keep control of and legally attest your own CAQH Provider Data Portal profile — we never ask for your password.
Payer portal registration and payment setup
We register you on the payer portals the enrollments require and set up EFT and ERA, so payments and remittances route correctly the day a panel goes active.
Managed follow-up that holds payers accountable
A solo application is the easiest thing for a payer to lose. We work yours with specialized, payer-specific follow-up strategies and a relentless, documented cadence — escalating and resubmitting until the payer decides, and confirming the effective date the moment they approve — with status you can see the whole way.
Optional at checkout: up to five additional commercial payers at $350 each, plus Medicare or Medicaid enrollment at $500 each.

- Clinical, legal, or tax advice; payer and third-party fees.
- Facility credentialing, group contracting, multiple entities, or work outside the stated package.
- Provider CAQH attestation or access to the provider’s private CAQH password.
