For one provider it's 7% of collections with a $300 monthly minimum, and today you pay $300, credited to your first invoice. Pick how many providers bill through your practice, and your rate and today's amount update as you go. We take it from there, inside your EHR, with claims, denials, payment posting, A/R follow-up and a monthly report.

Bill a lot per provider? If your monthly collections put you in a lower row, you get that rate, and it's on your Order Form before you sign. Groups of six or more can put psychiatrists and PMHNPs on $7 per paid visit instead, and a provider you add later has no minimum for 90 days.
