  • Implement supported native task, queue, status, template, report, reminder, field, routing, or permission changes.
  • Test realistic scenarios with the staff who perform the work.
  • Deliver plain-language operating instructions and correct included defects during the 30-day stabilization period.

Add-ons, third-party costs, and exclusions

Optional additions

  • No optional add-on is required to receive the stated package outcome. New workflows, locations, systems, volume, or features are separate work and require a separate written price or scope.

Third-party costs

  • Existing customer accounts, subscriptions, and required vendor approvals remain the customer’s responsibility. A new payer, vendor, API, connector, hosting, or software fee is not included unless it is expressly named. If one is necessary, it must be disclosed before purchase or the fixed package is not accepted as a fit.

Not included

  • EHR selection, replacement, or historical data migration
  • Custom APIs, interfaces, or unsupported vendor functionality
  • Enterprise or multisite rollout
  • Clinical protocol authorship or patient-care decisions
  • An organization-wide security, privacy, or HIPAA risk analysis
Payment, refund, cancellation, renewal, and outcome terms

Payment

Payment reserves the fixed-scope engagement and opens agreements and onboarding.

Refunds

This fixed-scope engagement is non-refundable. A documented medical, licensing, or AdvanceAPractice service-delivery issue that makes performance impossible can be submitted for review by a person.

Cancellation

Stopping the one-time package after purchase does not create a refund. The package does not expand automatically; materially different work requires a separate written price or scope.

Renewal

This package does not automatically renew. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, managed services, or expanded work requires a separate written agreement.

When work starts

Payment reserves your slot and opens onboarding. In-scope work begins within three business days after complete onboarding information, required documents, and required access are received; payment alone does not start the work clock.

Outcomes outside AdvanceAPractice’s control

AdvanceAPractice warrants defects in its included work for 30 days and includes one stabilization review. New requests and payer, vendor, reimbursement, authorization, or clinical outcomes are not guaranteed.

Read the service terms

If the work is larger: AdvanceAPractice completes the ordinary execution choices and follow-up needed for the stated package result within the published limits. A materially different result, provider, payer, location, system, workflow, feature, or volume receives a separate written price or scope before that work begins.
