The Local Payer Picture
Washington County Gives You Two CCOs, Not One
Beaverton sits in the tri-county Medicaid area, which behaves differently from the single-CCO counties further south. Two coordinated care organizations cover the same ground here, so OHP enrollment is a choice rather than a default. The commercial side leans private employer coverage rather than the public-employee concentration you see in Salem.
Commercial Plans
Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Providence Health Plan, Moda and PacificSource carry most of the commercial volume, with Aetna and Evernorth Behavioral Health (Cigna) common in large private employer plans and Optum Behavioral Health (UnitedHealthcare) on national employer coverage. Kaiser Permanente is a separate arrangement and is quoted separately.
Oregon Health Plan
Washington County is served by Health Share of Oregon and Trillium Community Health Plan to Tri-County, both listed by the Oregon Health Authority across Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Yamhill Community Care also covers parts of Washington County. Which one your patients carry decides where enrollment is worth it.
Same Metro, Different County
Being in the Portland metro does not mean a Multnomah County contract covers you. Payer networks, CCO assignment and referral patterns are tracked by county, so a Washington County practice is enrolled on its own footing.
CCO service areas come from the Oregon Health Authority’s coordinated care organization service areas, and the PEBB and OEBB carrier facts from PEBB’s 2027 Summary of Changes and OEBB’s 2026-27 Benefits Comparison, each checked October 14, 2026.
What We Handle
The Work These Practices Usually Need First
Getting On The Panels
Credentialing and contracting for up to five commercial payers, with documented follow-up until each returns a decision and a written effective date. Commercial review runs 60 to 120 days, and the payer sets that clock, not us.
Adding A Provider
We add a new clinician to the contracts your clinic already holds. That covers the applications, roster and affiliation updates, portal access, EFT and ERA, and follow-up until each payer confirms.
Fixing Revenue That Is Leaking
Revenue leaks usually start before the claim. It’s often a denial for eligibility nobody checked, a posting error that hid an underpayment, or an aging balance nobody owned. We find where each one starts, fix it there and leave a process your team can run. Ongoing Billing keeps it running, priced by practice size, and unpaid claims older than 90 days go to Billing Cleanup And A/R Recovery at 20% of what we collect.
Questions We Get From Washington County
Beaverton Medical Billing And Credentialing Questions
Do You Work With Practices Outside Beaverton Itself?
Yes. We are Portland based and work with practices across Oregon and in every other state. The payer detail on this page is specific to Washington County, but the work is the same wherever you are.
Do You Work With Physicians Too, Or Only Behavioral Health?
Both. Our deepest experience is psychiatry, PMHNP and behavioral health, and that work carries directly into physician credentialing and outpatient medical practices. Same payers, same portals, same enrollment mechanics.
Which Panel Should A New Practice Here Open First?
It depends on who your patients are insured by, which is why the carrier mix above matters. We look at your actual referral sources before recommending an order, rather than opening whichever panel is quickest.
Is Oregon Health Plan Enrollment Included?
Yes. Washington County OHP runs through Health Share of Oregon or Trillium Community Health Plan to Tri-County, with Yamhill Community Care in parts of the county, and we handle that enrollment. Medicaid enrollment is $450 per provider, and you can buy it on its own or alongside a commercial package.
When Does The Work Start?
In-scope work begins within three business days after onboarding is complete. The clock starts when your completed information and required documents are received, not on the day you sign.
Start Where It Makes Sense
Every price is published on the packages and pricing page. For the statewide payer picture see Oregon credentialing and OHP enrollment, and for the metro itself see Portland billing and credentialing.
What Would Fixing It Cost?
Ongoing Billing, Automation Programs and the Operations Partnership each have a published price and a written scope. Tell us what keeps going wrong, and we’ll point you to the right one.
