I'm buying for my business. I've read what this package includes and what it doesn't, and I'm responsible for confirming it fits my license and my state's rules, including any required supervising or collaborating physician. I agree to the Automation Program scope and payment terms shown here, the service terms including the refund policy, and the privacy notice. On the monthly plan, I authorize automatic payments of $1,250 on the same date each month until payment four, and I understand the final handoff comes after the last payment.

We connect through documented APIs, approved connectors, webhooks, secure file exchange or scheduled report exports, and we agree on the method with you in writing before we build. Bigger than one workflow? Get a written quote first.

What Happens After Payment

Today. Pay by card, Apple Pay or US bank account, processed securely by Stripe . We email your receipt after the payment succeeds, including your schedule if you pay monthly. Bank payments may take several business days to confirm.
Right after you pay. You get an email invitation to the AdvanceAPractice Command Suite, where you review and sign your Order Form, service agreement and BAA. Your onboarding packet follows right after you sign: one online form where we fill in what we already know from your order and public records, so you check your details instead of typing them again.
Within three business days of complete onboarding and access. Work starts, and you can see every step in the Command Suite. We reply to messages within one business day.
Through the finish. We agree the connection method with you in writing, then build your workflow in stages. Your final handoff comes after your last payment, followed by 30 days of fixes.
On a monthly plan, autopay is required. Stripe’s button says Subscribe, but the plan is fixed and ends on its own after your last payment. If a payment is more than 7 days late, work pauses after written notice until the plan is current. No late fees or interest, and you can pay off the remaining balance early.

Payment, Ownership And Service Details

No added fees or interest. Monthly plans cost the same total as paying in full.
The AdvanceAPractice Command Suite is included at no extra cost while we work together. When our work together ends, it stays open read only for 30 days, then keeping it is optional at $99 a month.
Anything outside your package gets a written price before we start. Nothing is billed without your OK.
HIPAA compliant, with a signed BAA. Patient records stay in your own EHR and accounts, and you control our access.
You own it. Your accounts, contracts, data and everything we set up stay in your practice’s name.
