Before You Confirm
Your practice must already have an EHR or practice management system. We collect its name, setup status and relevant modules during onboarding.
Before applications are submitted, each provider needs a current professional license, an individual NPI and professional liability coverage accepted by the payer.
If a license has restrictions, a board action is pending or coverage is not in place, contact us before paying to confirm the right path.
What Happens After Payment Today. Pay by card, Apple Pay or US bank account, processed securely by Stripe Right after you pay. You get an email invitation to the AdvanceAPractice Command Suite, where you review and sign your Order Form, service agreement and BAA. Your onboarding packet follows right after you sign: one online form where we fill in what we already know from your order and public records, so you check your details instead of typing them again.Within three business days of complete onboarding and access. Work starts, and you can see every step in the Command Suite. We reply to messages within one business day. Each provider attests their own CAQH profile and signs any payer form that needs their signature.Through the finish. We file your applications first. Then come payer follow up, fixes, your contract and effective date, and direct deposit and payment report setup. Your state guide explains the relevant steps; we confirm what applies during onboarding.Anything outside your package gets a written price before we start. Nothing is billed without your OK.HIPAA compliant, with a signed BAA. Patient records stay in your own EHR and accounts, and you control our access. You own it. Your accounts, contracts, data and everything we set up stay in your practice’s name.Who You Are Working With Ryan Berg has run the business side of practices for more than 16 years. He worked claims at OHSU, managed finance for a dental group as it grew from two clinics to six, and ran operations at ValueCore Mental Health, where he hired and led more than 30 clinicians and staff while revenue grew from $2 million to $6 million. Owners work with him directly on everything behind the visit: billing, payer contracts, hiring, systems and the next location. Built for telehealth, in person and hybrid practices. All of our work is done virtually, so we never come on site.
“I struggled with the task for several months and only got more confused in the process. Between the various insurance companies I am credentialed with and not even knowing what I didn’t know, it was a scary maze.
AdvanceAPractice came in, handled it with confidence and good communication, and helpfully led me through my transition questions with patience. The fee was well worth the assistance I received. Highly recommend!”

Full Scope And Payer Review Time
What This Purchase Covers
Enroll, roster, affiliate, or link the selected providers under commercial contracts the clinic already holds.
Scope Boundary
This path does not create new group contracts. The clinic must already hold a signed contract with each selected commercial payer.
Payer Review Time
60 to 120 days per commercial payer is payer review time, and nobody outside the payer controls it. We follow up on every file, and you can see where each payer stands. We follow up with each payer at least every 10 business days. If a payer says no or its panel is closed, you get that answer in writing and that payer is complete.
