Commercial payers set their own review timelines and no vendor controls those; what we control is that nothing sits on our desk and your applications go in complete. The clock starts when your completed information is received.

We do not refund for changing your mind, delays in returning your own paperwork, or payer decisions and timelines. We do refund, in full or in part, when something verifiable prevents the work — serious illness or death, a licensure action that makes enrollment impossible, or our own inability to perform.
