During onboarding, we provision the workspace, confirm users and existing systems, and document which information is imported, entered by staff, or maintained through an approved integration. Custom data migration or integration work is scoped separately. A BAA is completed during onboarding.

The subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled.

Outcomes outside AdvanceAPractice’s control
Command Suite organizes operational work; it is not an EHR, clearinghouse, clinical record, or substitute for payer and clinical systems.
If the work is larger: The published price includes the ordinary execution choices and follow-up needed for the stated result within these limits. A materially different result, provider, payer, location, system, workflow, or volume receives a separate fixed price or written scope before that work begins.
