It’s A Business Workspace, Not Another Clinical System

Command Suite doesn’t replace clinical charting, scheduling, e-prescribing, a clearinghouse or insurance portals. During onboarding we set up the workspace, confirm your users and existing systems, and write down which information gets imported, which your staff enters and which comes through an approved integration. Custom data migration or integration work is scoped separately. We’re HIPAA compliant and sign a BAA with you before we access any patient information.

Command Suite Questions

Is The Command Suite An EHR?

No. The Command Suite is the business workspace that sits beside your EHR and your other practice systems. It doesn’t do clinical charting.

What Does $99 Include?

One practice workspace for up to 10 users, month to month, with no per-user fees.

Is The Command Suite Included With Managed Services?

Yes. Every package includes it while you’re a client. After the work ends it stays open read only for 30 days, then it’s $99 a month if you want to keep it. The $99 subscription is the standalone option.

Can I Cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time and you keep access through the month you’ve already paid for. Partial months aren’t prorated or refunded.

What If Something Doesn’t Work?

If something we delivered doesn’t work the way we said it would, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we fix it at no cost. If we can’t fix it, or can’t deliver what you bought, we refund the part it affected.
