What Happens Next

A person reads every message and replies within one business day, usually with a straight answer or a written quote. If we need more first, we’ll send a short list of questions. Please leave patient names and details out. If we need them, they go through your secure Command Suite after a BAA is signed.

What We Can Price In Writing

Credentialing packages, payer enrollment, Ongoing Billing and the Command Suite already have published prices, and you can start them without a call. An Automation Program is $5,000 per workflow. Bigger work, like a multi-workflow build, an Operations Partnership or a transition with several moving parts, gets a written scope and a price before any work starts. You’ll know the number before you commit to anything.

For credentialing or billing more than 50 providers, request a written quote here. We confirm your provider roster, scope, price and a realistic kickoff and processing schedule before you commit. A kickoff date is not a promise that every provider will be processed or approved by a payer on that date.
