Terms of Service
These terms govern use of advanceapractice.com and the AdvanceAPractice Command Suite, operated by AdvanceAPractice LLC (“AdvanceAPractice”), Portland, Oregon.
Services
AdvanceAPractice provides business-side services to healthcare practices: provider credentialing and payer enrollment, revenue cycle management, and practice operations. Specific engagements are defined by a signed Order Form and Client Services Agreement; where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement applies.
Self-Serve Purchases
Fixed-scope packages purchased on this site are non-refundable once payment is made: engagement documents are generated, the onboarding intake opens, and a slot is reserved on our credentialing calendar immediately. We do not refund for a change of mind, delays in returning your own documents, or payer decisions and timelines. We do refund, in full or in part, when something verifiable prevents the work — serious illness or death, a licensure action that makes enrollment impossible, or our own inability to perform. Contact hello@advanceapractice.com.
Start Commitment
AdvanceAPractice begins in-scope work within three business days after receiving completed onboarding information and required documents. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Work begins when the completed intake is reviewed and the first substantive in-scope task is recorded. Payment alone does not start the clock, and the commitment does not promise payer submission, response, effective date, approval, or completion within three days.
Accounts & Acceptable Use
Command Suite access is provisioned per engagement. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to your practice. You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Intellectual Property
The site, the Command Suite, and all related materials are the property of AdvanceAPractice LLC. Client data remains the client’s; deliverables are governed by the applicable Order Form.
Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided as described in the applicable engagement documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvanceAPractice’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, venue in Multnomah County, Oregon. Signed engagement documents control over these terms where they conflict.
