Start Ongoing Billing

Pick how many providers bill through your practice, and your rate and today's amount update as you go. We take it from there, inside your EHR, with claims, denials, payment posting, A/R follow-up and a monthly report. Billing starts on the date your signed Order Form sets, once we have access to your EHR, clearinghouse and payer portals.

Your rate: 7% of collections, with a $300 monthly minimum per provider. Today: $300, your first month’s minimum, credited to your first invoice.

Your practice must already have an EHR or practice management system with billing enabled. We collect its name, setup status and billing module during onboarding.

What Happens After Payment

Today. Pay by card, Apple Pay or US bank account, processed securely by Stripe . We email your receipt after the payment succeeds. Bank payments may take several business days to confirm.
Within two business days of confirmed payment. You get an email invitation to the AdvanceAPractice Command Suite, where you review and sign your Order Form and agreement, plus a Business Associate Agreement before we access any patient information. Your onboarding packet comes next: one online form where we fill in what we already know from your order and public records, so you check your details instead of typing them again.
Within three business days of complete onboarding and access. Work starts, and you can see every step in the Command Suite. We reply to messages within one business day.
Every month. We work your claims, denials, payment posting and A/R inside your EHR, and you get a written report on what was billed, collected and denied.

Payment, Ownership And Service Details

No setup fee and no added interest. Your rate and minimum are on your Order Form before you sign.
The AdvanceAPractice Command Suite is included at no extra cost while we work together. When our work together ends, it stays open read only for 30 days, then keeping it is optional at $99 a month.
Anything outside your package gets a written price before we start. Nothing is billed without your OK.
HIPAA compliant, with a signed BAA. Patient records stay in your own EHR and accounts, and you control our access.
You own it. Your accounts, contracts, data and everything we set up stay in your practice’s name.
