Do I own what you build?
Yes — always. Everything is built in your own accounts and systems. On a fixed-scope build we hand off documented access and it’s yours outright. On managed ops we run it for you, but you still own the systems and can take them in-house anytime.
Can you work with my exact EHR and tools?
That’s the whole idea. We’re EHR-agnostic and build around whatever you already run — Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, your EHR, Zapier, or a mix. No forced platform.
Are the forms and automations HIPAA-appropriate?
We build with PHI handling in mind — secure storage, access controls, and BAAs where a vendor touches PHI. We’ll flag anything that needs a BAA or a compliance decision on your side before we build it.
How is a build priced?
One fixed quote for the scope we agree on — a single form, a full automation, or an EHR migration. No hourly surprises. Managed ops is a simple monthly retainer sized to how much you want us handling. You can split a build into interest-free payments.
