Our Operations Partnership is done-for-you practice operations, from $3,500 a month. We review how your business side runs, build what’s missing and run it with you. That covers billing and the revenue cycle, credentialing, payer and tech setup, automations, custom forms and the reporting on all of it. Everything lives in systems you own, under your own Tax ID. No black box and no lock-in. You always keep the keys.

Billing & Revenue Cycle
We handle charge entry, coding review, claim submission, rejections and denials, payment posting, A/R follow-up and patient balances. Every month you get a report on what you collected and why.
Credentialing & Payers
We handle new enrollments, recredentialing, CAQH/DataSpring upkeep, entity and TIN changes and payer follow-up, so a missed re-attestation or an expired license doesn’t knock a provider off a panel.
Systems, Automations & Forms
Insurance portals, EFT/ERA/EDI, your EHR and clearinghouse, plus the custom automations and electronic forms that cut the busywork out of your week.
How The Partnership Works
Review, Build, Run
This is the Operations Partnership. Prefer to start smaller? Start with one service instead, like credentialing or Ongoing Billing, and add the rest later. The review is an option, not a requirement.
- Review. We look at your payers, billing, credentialing status and systems, find where money and time are leaking, and give you a plain-English list of what to fix first.
- Build. We stand up what’s missing: credentialing, insurance portals, electronic payments, EHR and clearinghouse connections, automations, and forms, all in your own accounts.
- Run. We work as your outsourced ops team on billing, claim follow-up, credentialing upkeep and reporting. You own all of it and can see all of it. Cancel on notice. It’s always yours.

Billing
Priced by practice size
Ongoing Billing has its own published price, from 7% of collections for a solo provider down to 4.5% for 26 or more providers. The monthly minimum is $300 for a solo practice. See billing prices by practice size.
A Partnership, Not A Trap
A 90-day initial period so we can prove it out, then month-to-month with 60 days’ notice. Everything runs in accounts you own, so if you ever leave, you walk out with all of it.

Can I Start With One Service Instead Of The Full Partnership?
Yes. You can start with one service, like a Payer Transition, credentialing or payer setup, and grow into the partnership later if it makes sense. The review is where the full partnership starts, but you don’t need it to begin. Your call.
How Is This Different From A Big Billing Company Like Headway?
We build and run everything inside your practice (your tax ID, your EHR, your accounts), so you own it and can walk away with all of it. You’re not operating inside someone else’s platform. See the full comparison.
What Does It Cost?
The Operations Partnership starts at $3,500 a month. We scope it on a call, because a two-provider practice that needs credentialing and scheduling follow-through is a different job from a group that needs billing oversight, provider onboarding and owner reporting. After a 90-day start, it’s month-to-month. Billing has its own published price by practice size.
Am I Locked In?
No. After the initial 90 days it’s month-to-month with 60 days’ notice. Everything lives in accounts you own, so if you leave, you keep all of it. Nobody holds your data hostage.
