UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Anthem/Elevance, your state’s Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, Humana, and regional plans — your choice of panels. CAQH build and alignment are included in every credentialing package — we maintain your profile data as an authorized practice manager; you complete and attest your own CAQH profile and sign any paper application a payer requires.
We Start Within 5 Business Days
Once we have your completed onboarding information and documents, we begin payer work within 5 business days — and we tell you the day we start. Commercial payers set their own review timelines and no vendor controls those; what we control is that nothing sits on our desk and that your applications go in complete — the industry’s most common cause of delay is an incomplete application. The clock starts when your completed information is received.

Do you only work with behavioral health?
No. Behavioral health is our deepest specialty, and the same machinery — NPI, CAQH, payer applications, contracting, portals, EFT/ERA, claims — runs every medical specialty. Our founder spent more years running the business side of general medical practices than behavioral health.
What does credentialing cost?
New provider credentialing and contracting is $3,000 flat per provider for up to five commercial payers. Entity/Tax-ID transitions for already-credentialed providers are $2,500 per provider. Additional commercial payers $350 each; Medicare or Medicaid in any state $500 per payer. No setup, software, hidden or additional fees.
