Packages And Prices For Credentialing, Medical Billing And Automation

Credentialing and billing prices are published here, with what’s included and what happens after you pay. Anything bigger than a published package gets a written scope and a number before you commit to anything. Psychiatry, PMHNP, therapy, physiatry, outpatient rehab or dental, we’ve worked in each, and the business side runs the same way.

Build My Price

How Credentialing Pricing Works

You pay per payer, per provider. The rate depends on what already exists.

  • $450 per payer: the provider already participates, and you’re moving those contracts to a new practice or Tax ID.
  • $550 per payer: your clinic already has the contracts, and you’re adding a provider.
  • $700 per payer: your practice needs contracts of its own.
  • Solo therapist: $450 per payer for your first five.
  • More than five payers: payers six through nine are $350 each, or $1,500 for six through ten.
  • Medicare or Medicaid: $450 per enrollment, per provider, for each program in each state.

Five commercial payers come to $2,250, $2,750 or $3,500 per provider. You see every line before checkout.

The more providers, the lower the price: 2 to 4 providers save 10%, 5 to 9 save 15% and 10 save 20%. The discount comes off the whole subtotal automatically.

Say two providers are joining five contracts your clinic already holds. Ten payer applications at $550 each come to $5,500, and the 10% group discount takes it to $4,950.

Payers decide approval, panel availability, processing time and effective dates, and nobody can promise those. You complete and attest your own CAQH or DataSpring profile and sign the payer applications. We prepare everything around them. If you want us to maintain your profile, you share access securely and change the password when we’re done.

Why Every Price Is On The Page. You should know the cost before you commit. You see the price, what’s included and what isn’t before you pay.

Built Around Your Practice. The package sets the work and the price. Inside that, we fit the review, the setup, the instructions and the hands-on work to your systems, your staff and how your day runs.

Paying Monthly And Refunds. Monthly plans are available, at the same total as paying in full, with no interest or fees. If something we delivered doesn’t work the way we said it would, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we fix it at no cost. If we can’t fix it, or can’t deliver what you bought, we refund the part it affected.

Medical Billing Priced By The Size Of Your Practice

Your rate drops as you grow: 7% of collections for a solo provider with a $300 monthly minimum, down to 4.5% at 26 to 50 providers. There's no setup fee.

2 to 5 providers6.5%$275
6 to 10 providers6%$250
11 to 25 providers5%$200
26 to 50 providers4.5%$175
  • Each month you get a written report on what was billed, collected and denied, and what we did about it.
  • Practices with more than 50 providers can ask us for a written quote.

Custom Software And Automation Your Practice Owns

We build the system your team works from, inside the tools you already pay for. Think of a scheduler that sends its own reminders, a referral and onboarding pipeline nobody has to retype, an authorization tracker that flags what's about to expire, or a billing dashboard pulled straight from your EHR. When we're done, it's yours.

One Workflow, From Start To Finish

The tracker or app your team works from, the automations behind it (reminders, alerts, handoffs and reports), one dashboard, a walkthrough for your staff, and 30 days of fixes after it goes live.

Bigger Builds And Specialty Programs

Priced in writing before we start

Several connected workflows, or a specialty program such as Spravato, TMS or ketamine: scheduling by room and observation time, authorization and REMS tracking, reminders and reporting. You see the scope and the price first, and monthly payments are available.

Book A 20-Minute Fit Call

After go-live, Automation Care keeps it running for you: monitoring, fixes and small changes as your practice changes. That covers the automations listed on your Order Form: we watch them, fix anything that breaks and make up to two small changes a month, each under an hour, with no rollover. Anything bigger is quoted as a new build.

We connect through documented APIs, approved connectors, webhooks, secure file exchange or scheduled report exports, and we agree on the method with you in writing before we build. Clinical decisions and signatures stay with your people.

FAQ

Questions About Prices And Payment

Are These The Real Prices?

Yes. Every price on this page is the full price for the work described, and anything you buy online shows the itemized total before checkout. Bigger jobs get a written scope and a price before anything starts.

Can I Pay Monthly?

Yes. Monthly plans are available, at the same total as paying in full, with no interest or fees. You see the exact schedule before you pay. An Automation Program is $1,250 a month for four months, and First Practice Launch is $1,500 a month for four months, with the same total as paying in full. Ongoing Billing is already monthly, a share of what we collect.

Is There A Setup Fee For Medical Billing?

No. Ongoing Billing has no setup fee. You pay a share of what we collect, from 7% of collections for a solo provider down to 4.5% at 26 to 50 providers, with a $300 monthly minimum for a solo provider.

What If I Only Need One Payer?

Start with one. Credentialing is priced per payer, per provider. A payer is $450 under Payer Transition or Individual Provider Credentialing, $550 under New Provider Credentialing and $700 under Direct Payer Contracting, and Medicare or Medicaid enrollment is $450 each. The credentialing price builder adds up exactly the payers you pick and shows the total before checkout.

Know What Is Included And Who Will Do The Work

Check what is included, how we work with you, and what happens after payment.

How We Work With You

You work directly with the person running your file, through written updates and messages in the Command Suite. Credentialing needs no kickoff meeting. We reply within one business day, usually the same day.

Credentialing Pricing

Commercial rates apply per selected commercial payer, per provider. Group discounts apply automatically at checkout, and the builder shows every line before you pay.

What Happens After Payment

Payment reserves the engagement and opens agreements and guided onboarding. We begin work within three business days after we receive your completed onboarding information, documents and access. Payment alone does not start the work clock.

See the complete working process

Ongoing Billing And Your Existing EHR

Ongoing Billing covers claim scrubbing and submission, rejection and denial follow-up, payment posting and adjustments, A/R follow-up, reconciliation and reporting. Eligibility, benefits verification and prior authorization need their own written scope. You don’t have to replace your EHR.

Fit, Boundaries, And Correction Policy

Payers decide participation, effective dates, processing time and reimbursement, and nobody outside the payer controls those. The selected package page and checkout explain the included work, buyer responsibilities, limits, and the process if AdvanceAPractice does not deliver its documented scope.
