Medical Billing

Medical Billing

Ongoing Billing

We manage the work between sending a claim and getting it paid, inside the EHR you already use.

7% of collections

$300 monthly minimum per provider for a solo practice. No setup fee.

  • Every claim reviewed for coding and modifiers before submission, with rejections corrected and resubmitted.
  • Denials investigated, corrected or appealed. When a contract loading issue affects several claims, we work the cause with the payer.
  • Payer and patient payments and adjustments posted, with balances reconciled.
  • Payments checked against your contracted fee schedules so underpayments can be caught and corrected.
Everything Included
  • Unpaid claims followed up with each payer, plus a written report each month.

How Credentialing Pricing Works

Your complete price includes provider setup and every payer application you select. Start with two commercial payers, then add more at the same per payer price.

Credentialing prices by package
PackageTotal For Two PayersTotal For Five PayersSetup IncludedEach Payer
Individual ProviderOne clinician in their own name, with onboarding, application preparation and follow up with both insurance companies.$1,200$2,250$500$350
New Provider (per provider)Your clinic already has the contracts, and you are adding a provider.$1,550$2,750$750$400
Group Credentialing And Contracting (per provider)For an established practice that needs contracts under its own business identity.$2,000$3,500$1,000$500

You see every line before checkout.

Payers
Two payer minimum, added one at a time up to 10 per provider. Every payer costs the same price.
Medicare Or Medicaid
$450 per enrollment, per provider, for each program in each state, with no setup fee. Two enrollment minimum when ordered alone.
What Setup Covers
Your onboarding packet, a DataSpring/CAQH review with guidance on what to update, document review, your provider file build and the Command Suite tracker.
More Providers, Lower Price
2 to 4 providers save 10%, 5 to 9 save 15% and 10 to 50 save 20%. The discount comes off the whole subtotal automatically.
For Example
Say two providers are joining five contracts your clinic already holds. Two setup fees at $750 and ten payer applications at $400 each come to $5,500, and the 10% group discount takes it to $4,950.
What Payers Decide
Payers decide approval, panel availability, processing time and effective dates. You complete and attest your own CAQH or DataSpring profile and sign the payer applications, and we prepare everything around them.

Ongoing Credentialing

After your applications are done, we keep every provider current with the plans they’re in. Both plans cover CAQH re‑attestations, license, DEA and malpractice tracking, monthly exclusion checks, and roster and location updates, and both start with a baseline review in your first 30 days. It’s month to month, with monthly autopay.

Complete

$100 per provider a month for up to 3 plans, plus $15 a month for each added plan, with 20% off at 10 or more providers.

For practices that want recredentialing and revalidations included. Up to three plans are included for each provider; each additional plan adds $15 per provider a month.

Essentials

$80 per provider a month, flat.

For practices that want routine upkeep and prefer to pay for recredentialing when it comes due. Recredentialing costs $200 per provider per plan, in addition to the monthly fee.

Custom Software And Automation Your Practice Owns

We build the system your team works from, inside the tools you already pay for: a scheduler that sends its own reminders, an onboarding pipeline nobody retypes, an authorization tracker or a billing dashboard from your EHR. When we're done, it's yours.

One Workflow, From Start To Finish

The tracker or app your team works from, the automations behind it (reminders, alerts, handoffs and reports), one dashboard, a walkthrough for your staff, and 30 days of fixes after it goes live.

Start An Automation Program

Bigger Builds And Specialty Programs

Priced in writing before we start

Several connected workflows, or a specialty program such as Spravato, TMS or ketamine, from room scheduling to REMS tracking and reporting. You see the scope and price first, with monthly payments available.

Request A Written Scope

After the 30 days of fixes, optional Automation Care is the after go-live part of the Automation Program. It watches the automations on your Order Form, fixes anything that breaks and makes up to two small changes a month, each under an hour, with no rollover. It’s priced in writing by the automations it covers, and anything bigger is quoted as a new build.

We connect through documented APIs, approved connectors, webhooks, secure file exchange or scheduled report exports, and we agree on the method with you in writing before we build. Clinical decisions and signatures stay with your people.

FAQ

Questions About Prices And Payment

Do You Come To Our Office?

Our packages are built for telehealth, in person and hybrid practices. All of our work is done virtually, inside your EHR, your payer portals and the Command Suite, so we never come on site.

Are These The Real Prices?

Yes. Every price on this page is the full price for the work described, and anything you buy online shows the itemized total before checkout. Bigger jobs get a written scope and a price before anything starts.

Can I Pay Monthly?

Yes. Monthly plans are available, at the same total as paying in full, with no interest or fees. You see the exact schedule before you pay. An Automation Program is $1,250 a month for four months, and First Practice Launch is $1,500 a month for four months. Ongoing Billing is already monthly, a share of what we collect.

Is There A Setup Fee For Medical Billing?

No. Ongoing Billing has no setup fee. You pay a share of what we collect, from 7% of collections for a solo provider down to 4.5% at 26 to 50 providers, with a $300 monthly minimum for a solo provider.

What If I Only Need Two Payers?

Start with two, which is the minimum. Credentialing is a one time setup fee per provider plus one price per payer. Setup is $500 plus $350 per payer for one clinician in your own name, $750 plus $400 for a provider joining contracts your clinic already holds and $1,000 plus $500 for a practice that needs contracts under its own Tax ID, and Medicare or Medicaid enrollment is $450 each with no setup fee. The credentialing price builder adds up exactly the payers you pick and shows the total before checkout.

How We Work With You

Support, Start Timing And Boundaries

You work directly with the person running your file, through written updates and messages in the Command Suite, and we reply within one business day, usually the same day. Credentialing needs no kickoff meeting.

Payment reserves the engagement and opens your agreements and guided onboarding. You sign your agreements in the Command Suite, and work within your agreed scope begins within three business days after we receive your completed onboarding information, required documents and required access. Payment alone does not start the work clock. Payers decide participation, effective dates, processing time and reimbursement. Your package page and checkout explain what is included, what you provide and what we do if we don’t deliver the documented scope. Read how the complete working process runs.

Not Sure Which Package Fits?

Practice Concierge can explain the options and point you to the right checkout.
