This is the same flat-fee credentialing ladder we quote on the phone. Every project is confirmed in a signed Order Form before work begins, and project fees are due before kickoff.

Focused Setup — $1,950

Five selected commercial payers: payer accounts, CAQH alignment, portal setup, and EFT/ERA guidance. You handle follow-up calls with payers; we set you up to do it right.

Managed Follow-Up — $2,500

Everything in Focused Setup, plus we run the payer follow-up for you through the project window — status checks, stall escalation, and enrollment tracking.

Broader Panel Buildout — $3,250+

A wider payer panel and more complex situations. Additional payers beyond the included five run $350–$500 each; extended follow-up after the project window is $250–$400/month.

Oregon base payer mix we typically recommend: Moda, Regence/BCBS Oregon, PacificSource, Providence Health Plan, and Aetna or Cigna/Evernorth. United/Optum, Medicaid/OHP/CCO, Kaiser, and government payers are scoped separately. Final scope and terms via signed Order Form.

Honest Comparison: Should You Just Use Headway or Alma?

Maybe. If you need a marketplace to fill your caseload and can’t put cash toward credentialing, Headway, Alma, or Grow Therapy will credential you for free — in exchange for running your claims through their platform at their negotiated rates, on their panels, under their rules. That trade is worth it for some practices.

Independent credentialing costs money up front but leaves you owning your payer contracts, your rates, and your patient relationships. If you leave a marketplace later, you start credentialing from zero — after months or years of building a caseload on someone else’s contracts.
